Operation Concept is developed by NOMAC Turkey based on Multishaft Combined Cycle Power Plant (2+2+1 Configuration) continous operation according to Merchant Market Requirements and Turkish MENR, MEU, EMRA, TEİAŞ Regulations. Daily Operation Activities are being conducted according to Fixed Generation Plan that Provided by ACWA Güç.

Rotational Five Shift Team is aimed to operate KIPP without any interruption and accident. Each team consists of four crew members such as Shift Charge Leader, Control Room Operator and two Field Operator for both Mechanical & Electrical Discipline. In a day, three shifts rotate as 00:00-08:00 / 08:00-16:00 / 16:00-00:00 with static and dynamic shift structure depending on operational regime.

PTW and LO-TO Coordination are also being conducted under Operation Department Responsibility.
